Kanan Jaswal's Thoughts for the Days of September 2020

Sep:    Regular course corrections are necessary to reach the destination.

Sep: The problem is not that the others do not know you, it is that you do not know yourself.

Sep: First, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, then the Big Ben, because we have to have inclination and time, in that order, to be able to anything well.

Sep: The world may not even acknowledge your achievements but they still enhance your self-worth.

Sep: The way we handle our ego and ambition will decide if we are going to end up as a success or as a failure.

Sep: We can't will or order ourselves to think new thoughts, but if we let go just for a while, we may find them emerging from the depths of our brain and presenting themselves to us.

Sep: Treat life as a beautiful dream, which you have the capacity to turn into reality.

Sep: Not paying taxes honestly is criminal. We all must pay the due taxes and thus earn a right to collectively compel the governments to justify their existence by effectively delivering what they ought to.

Sep: We should often, if not always, be trying to do something beyond our current capabilities because that will challenge and prompt us to acquire new knowledge and skills, and, thus, help us grow.

Sep: We all have glass ceilings, some created by others, some by ourselves. This said, let us now break, at least, the glass ceilings of our own making.

Sep: Kanan Jaswal's Thought for now and forever: Safeguarding the independence and territorial integrity of India, the only land in the world that is ours, is our most sacred duty, and we have to keep performing it intelligently, enthusiastically, energetically, and, thereby, successfully.

Sep: Life is a boon, but our inaction and wrong acts can turn this boon into a bane.

Sep: If all your efforts at reconciliation with someone have failed, just relax and don't blame yourself one bit
any more.

Sep: Our true happiness lies in performing our duties really well.

Sep: The gap between our thoughts and actions define us; the smaller the gap the bigger we are as human beings.

Sep: Let us value the criticism from someone who has our best interests in mind, and make serious efforts to improve ourselves in light of that criticism.

Sep: Kanan Jaswal's Thought for now and forever:

The mantra for our government should be "Do everything possible that will strengthen India as a nation, and do nothing that will not."

Sep: A healthy mind and a healthy body provide an ideal launching pad for our ambitious projects.

Sep: With all sincerity, attempt doing what you would do if the conditions were ideal.

Sep: If we only say what we can own later and only do what we can put our signatures on, our lives would be worth living.

Sep: Success or failure of any task is all in the mind, then we do everything to prove our mind right.

Sep: To be able to get to our potential, we have to repeat again and again until the end of our time the exercise of learning and doing what we have learnt.

Sep: Intrinsic or self-motivation is the best form of motivation because the motivator is always with you.

Sep: Humans are using, polluting, and wasting the earth's resources as if there is no tomorrow. Like this, a stage will come in the not-too-distant future when there really will be no tomorrow.

Sep: As my true friend, it is your duty and right to pull me down to safety and sanity when you find me climbing a wrong mountain.

Sep: To rise is human, not to err.

Sep: In any situation, with some effort, we can find something to motivate us.

Sep: If you don't want to be replaced by a robot, train your brain to think ever-new thoughts.

Sep: If criticism puts you off, don't you ever do anything.

Sep: Being persistent does not mean that you should not turn back at a dead end.
